Madeline Watson is the sick mother of Mary Jane Watson and the wife of Philip Watson in Spider-Man (2002) and Spider-Man 2.
Biography[]
She was unseen character in the first movie, but can be heard after a bad argument with her husband about him drinking and yelling at their daughter Mary Jane.
In the second movie, Mary Jane mention her that her mother was sick, but better to see her show including her father who only came to borrow cash in the backstage. At the end of the movie, she was seen to help her daughter to get ready by marrying John Jameson which later Mary Jane left John at the alter and went to Peter Parker. After that, she wasn’t seen or mentioned again in the third movie.
