Virginia "Pepper" Potts, often called as Pepper is a fictional character created by Stan Lee and Don Heck and a major character of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She is the deuteragonist of Iron Man trilogy, the pentagonist of The Avengers a supporting character of Spider-Man: Homecoming, a minor character of Avengers Infinity War and one of the deuteragonists of Avengers: Endgame. She's the secretary turned CEO of Stark Industries and the love interest to Tony Stark/Iron Man.
