The Pizza "Heist" Witness was a minor character in the 2004 film Spider-Man 2. His name is never given, but he is officially credited as "Pizza 'Heist' Witness".
History[]
The delivery boy for Joe's Pizza, Peter Parker, was running late for a pizza delivery. Realizing that he wasn't going to make it on time, he parked his scooter and ran into a nearby alleyway. After Peter, now as Spider-Man, swung back out of the alleyway, an African-American passerby who had been watching Peter from across the street assumed that Spider-Man had stolen the delivery boy's pizzas and yelled about it.
